Holiday Extras With the Holidays fast approaching please let us know if you need any extra cleanings or services added to your rotation (extra rooms, extra beds, etc) as we cannot guarantee last minute requests or changes. All add-on services must be emailed. (info@919Green.com)
Holiday Schedule Changes (info@919Green.com) Our Holiday policies are listed below and regular policies for short notice schedule changes are listed on our website Being a small business, last minute changes force us to turn away hard earned business only to lose more business at the last minute… making for very dismal holiday. As we are setting the schedule for the upcoming holidays and will email you with your cleaning day as many will be adjusted by a few days. As always we appreciate your flexibly and timely communication… it is never too early to email us your needs. Holiday requests will be considered in the order received.
Thanksgiving Holiday Changes (info@919Green.com) All scheduling changes/requests for the week before and week of and the week after Thanksgiving must be emailed by November 1st. Any changes Not emailed by November 1st may result in the request not being met. Any cancellations/skipping/postponement emailed after November 1st will result in the client paying the full cleaning amount. A cancellation/skip, emailed before Nov. 1st will be assessed at the next service rate as your home will be gong longer between cleanings. E.g. A biweekly cancellation/skipping will be billed at the monthly rate for the home.

Any changes Not emailed by Dec. 1st may result in the request not being met. Any cancellations/skipping/postponement emailed after Dec. 1st will result in the client paying the full cleaning amount. A cancellation/skipping, emailed before Dec. 1st, will be assessed at the next service rate as your home will be gong longer between cleanings. E.g. We cannot emphasize this enough: Cancellations or postponements notified after Nov 1st/Dec 1st will be billed at 100% of the cleaning rate.

Please, as the holidays are already very hard to keep on schedule... Try to clear family, friends and yourselves out of your home for your cleaning. This allows you the maximum value for your dollar, as our staff will not request anyone to move from room to room, instead they will just skip the area that is occupied... not come back to it, skip it.
